Yorkshire's latest game on their pre-season tour in South Africa against an Eastern Province Invitation XI at Port Elizabeth was abandoned as a draw because of rain.
Yorkshire had made 168-7 in their 50 overs when the heavens opened. Reserve wicketkeeper Colin Chapman top-scored with 40 and other main contributions came from Michael Vaughan 33, Matthew Wood 24 and David Byas 20 not out.
Ryan Sidebottom did not play because of a throat infection but may recover in time to face an Eastern Province Country and Development XI at Port Elizabeth later today.
Both Darren Gough and Craig White are scheduled to play on the next leg of the tour in Cape Town.
