Heath Scaife was in magnificent form as Shepherd SC 'A' maintained their unbeaten York Phoenix Monday Darts League division one record with an 8-1 thrashing of Acorn ARL.
Scaife hit two maximums in a 26-dart 701 leg with Paul Dixon, and followed up with bull finish for 14 and a 104 bull finish for 15 to complete a memorable night.
Mick Willsden supported well with 17, while best for Acorn was Lee Brundrett with 18 and 21.
Sun Inn slipped to their third defeat of the season as Al Wray secured a last-game win for Cygnet 'B'. Paul Cooper gamed in 16 and 20 and was backed by Kev O'Hara with 180 and 20. Sun's best came from Chris Thompson (18 and 19) and Kev Walton (18).
Cygnet 'A' stayed in touch as Pete Leake hit a 100 finish for 17, Dave Mason 15 and Chris Bullen a 180 in their 7-2 win against Slipper, who had 20-darters from Paul Partridge and Steve Reynolds.
Huntington WMC whitewashed Wenlock in a 'double pointer'. John Smith (18) stood out for the club side, while Simon Yorke gamed in 19 for Wenlock.
Anthony Baxter (21) sealed a last-game win for Clifton at Crescent, who had Iain Smith out in 19, while Ebor defeated Acomb 7-2 as Mark Hartley hit a pairs maximum then added 19 and 21 and Tony Raymond closed in one. Acomb's best was Stu Morton with a 180 and 17 darts.
Division two leaders Flag 'A' took the first five against Edinburgh Arms, while Rose and Crown lost 7-2 to Shepherd 'B', who had maximums from Mike Percival (2x19) and Chaz Ramsden (20).
Britannia's steady climb continued as they shunted Loco 'B' into a 7-2 siding while Geoff Kitson's 20 and 180 saw them home against against Blacksmith's Arms.
A 19 from Independent's Toni Smallwood, with dad Derek adding a bull finish followed by a 96 finish, didn't prevent Osbaldwick SC from taking the honours.
In division three, a 6-3 win at Mount saw Anchor move to within one point of the top, while a brace of 21 darts from Al Graham inspired Phoenix to a 6-3 win against Lord Nelson.
