IN reply to Bill Hearld's column "Evil? oh not Potter..." (July 19), I say: "Evil? Oh yes, Potter."

The recent bombings in London had a satanic signature, because the atrocities were carried out in conjunction with the important occultist number, 777.

Alister Crowley who was a master Satanist, wrote a book titled, "777 And Other Qabalistic Writings."

In the case of the London bombings 777 is arrived at by the fact that the violence was carried out on the seventh day of the seventh month in the year 2+0+0+5 = 7 which gives us 777.

In Bible numerology 777 has a positive meaning: acceptance of spoken word. And these negative meanings: rejection of spoken word, and or the indulgence of self of mankind, and or the committing of polygamy.

The number 777 contains the mark of the revenge of Cain (7) and the mark of the revenge of Lamech (77).

Therefore, 777 is viewed as an important and powerful number in the occult, as the number relates to the rejection of God and His word.

Considering the London bombings were carried out by people who have the same satanic influence as is evident in witchcraft, I highly commend the parents and clergy who made a stand against this evil.
