YORK Cricket Club's unremitting programme commits them to another double header this weekend.
Tomorrow they are at home to lowly Rotherham in the Oxbridge Yorkshire ECB County Premier League.
The Clifton Park side will be keen to return to winning ways but will not undersestimate the South Yorkshire club who have Yorkshire's all-rounder Jon Blain as their captain and their overseas player is the current Pakistan Under-19 skipper.
Leaders York will be without captain Marcus Wood, who is on holiday, so Jonny Bairstow deputises
On Sunday York return to Sheffield Collegiate for a League Cup fixture. They will be hoping for a smarter start than last Sunday's mauling in the league game when they conceded 160 runs in 30 overs.
However, York did manage to bowl the opposition out which gives them hope that the cup contest might be more even.
