Carole Backhouse and Gill Adams (Letters, August 8) say there are many restaurants and cafes in York catering for the needs of wheelchair users.
Please could they tell me where they are?
I think I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of places which have been deemed accessible by the Eating Out column on Saturday nights.
The lack of accessible facilities in the centre of York is a disgrace, and restaurants which don't cater for us are missing a huge opportunity to raise further revenue.
