A DISABLED boy who was confronted by a burglar in his own bedroom was recovering from his ordeal today thanks to the kindness of strangers.
Christopher Jennison and his mum, Amanda, 34, have been "overwhelmed" by offers of support, and gifts, from people they had never met after the Evening Press reported their plight.
The intruder broke in early yesterday, and motioned to the 12-year-old who suffers from a genetic illness to keep quiet as he stood in his bedroom. He then stole his new PlayStation from his bungalow home in North Moor Gardens, Huntington, along with his console, two joysticks, a mouse, all his games and about 15 DVDs.
