Hayley Turner, who took the honours at yesterday's Evening Press Raceday at York by riding a double, can maintain her momentum at Catterick tomorrow.

The Newmarket-based rider teams up with Anchor Date in the Weatherbys Bank Handicap.

Turner, now just five winners short of riding out her apprentices' allowance and joining the fully-fledged ranks, scored on Anchor Date at Thirsk on Saturday and rode a super-cool race on the three-year-old, bringing him from last to first over six furlongs.

He has an extra furlong and a 6lb penalty to overcome tomorrow, but this talented horse, bought cheaply out of Barry Hills' yard and now trained by Stef Liddiard, may be able to oblige again.

Paul Hanagan is quickly back among the winners after spending a month on the sidelines with a broken collar bone and the Malton jockey can add to his tally aboard Neideen in the 'Entertain In Style At Catterick' Maiden Auction Stakes.

The filly, trained by Ralph Beckett, has shown ability in both her starts and is fancied to make it third-time-lucky in this seven-furlong affair.

Hanagan resumed winning ways at Haydock on Saturday aboard Sierra Vista and followed-up on Wing Commander at York yesterday.

Hanagan can also score on Miss Lovat in the 'Sponsor A Race at Catterick' Nursery over five furlongs.

The two-year-old, trained by Alan Bailey in Cheshire, got off the mark on the sand at Wolverhampton last month. Drawn well tomorrow in stall three, Miss Lovat is napped to follow up.

Alan Swinbank has his horses in good form and the Melsonby trainer can add to his tally with Bronze Dancer in the goracing.co.uk Handicap, a contest which will not take much winning. Dean McKeown takes the mount.

At Leicester, Foley Millennium is expected to take plenty of catching in the featured Kingsbridge Asset Management Conditions Stakes.

Trained by Mick Quinn, the former professional footballer, the seven-year-old is in the form of his life at present, having won three of his last four starts.

He faces some speedy rivals tomorrow, including Talbot Avenue, but is selected to add to his scorecard under Francis Norton.
