FOR weeks now we have had different methods for recycling suggested from all sides. Why is it not possible for a recycling factory to be installed?
If they have machines for making cars and packing peas, surely there must be a machine to separate rubbish. In that way there wouldn't be any landfill and there would be no need to increase the council tax and everybody would be happy.
Oops sorry, I have just woken up from a wonderful dream.
