I AM without doubt York's/ Yorkshire's, nay Great Britain's worst gardener, so I have my garden tidied up for me by a gentleman more competent than I. So I do not require a green bin.
My bottles and tins are taken to the local supermarket, I do not want the residents of Huntington to know how many tins of amber nectar or bottles of Scotland's finest product I have consumed during the week.
I live alone so my bin is usually only half full, therefore a fortnightly collection will suit me, but as I have so little need of these collections, can I have a rate rebate?
The only thing that worries me (and quite a few other people) is the combination of a large and not yet totally toilet trained family and a long hot summer. Were this to arise a lot of people would be taking a considerable interest in the wind direction.
