RINSING out food cans and crushing cereal boxes is inconvenient but a lack of landfill sites, greater energy prices, rising water levels and an increasing storm frequency will be rather more than just inconvenient if we do nothing.
With a little less negativity and a little more effort we may be able to avoid problems for future generations.
Bin "Bin It!", another catchy, but simplistic media campaign, and instead focus on how we can make recycling work in York.
