PLEASE can I have a little moan about this so-called modern age?
Earlier this year I had a complaint with BT about a charge on my phone bill, so I rang about this and I was flabbergasted with the reply; press number one, two, three, four for this, then two for that, or four for that.
After all this pressing of numbers my fingers were playing me up as I am well past retirement age. Then a "voice" said to me we are so busy press your number in and we'll get back to you.
Well, I was speechless. In the good old days you would buy from the shop and go back there to complain then all was so soon sorted, no problem.
Give me those good old days any time not a voice recording that you cannot talk back to. So, so frustrating.
