GREGGS the bakers has appointed five key members of staff to aid its expansion plans in Yorkshire in time for Hallowee'en.
The new appointments include two new area managers, a new product development manager, a business analyst and an assistant shop fitting manager.
Area manager Mark Stobart will be responsible for ten stores in York and Hull, including York's newly opened Acomb store.
Mark has worked in the retail industry for more than seven years, previously working for Thresher as a district manager.
Greggs' regional retail operations director, Lindsay Wilkie, said: "The new appointments will enable us to meet the targets for our 2005 expansion plans throughout the region."
