Nestl Rowntree RUFC had too much pace for touring side Footscray Veterans, from Kent, winning 36-0.
'Trees raced to a 24-0 half-time lead with tries from winger John Shinn, hooker Phil Bambridge, centre Sean Nicholson and full-back Ivor Jackson, who added three conversions.
The visitors made a determined effort and Nestl were on the backfoot, but extended their lead when lock Neil Brace went over from 60 metres and Shinn scored a length-of-the-field effort in the final seconds.
