Ryedale MP John Greenway tries out feta cheese with Judy Bell, managing director of Shepherd's Purse Cheeses, of Thirsk, but by Tuesday the world will know whether her cheese will be legally named.
Her family-run business, is now one of the UK's largest producers of feta cheese, and Judy and the Tory MP are awaiting the European Court of Justice's final ruling on their battle with an EU directive that would give Greek feta protected designation of origin status.
If the ruling next Tuesday goes against Shepherds Purse, Judy will be prevented from using the name "feta" on her second best-selling cheese and will have failed in her five-year battle.
