A LETTER has gone out to 1,600 business people urging them to converge on the free Evening Press Business 2 Business Event at York Racecourse tomorrow.
It has been signed by Len Cruddas, chief executive of the York and North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce, associate organiser of the event.
Mr Cruddas said: "We urged our members plus members of our affiliate organisations not to miss this unique opportunity to meet potential new customers. It is the reason why we are holding our Chamber lunch at the racecourse that day. Many of the 150 people expected will be among 65 exhibitors in the Knavesmire Stand. But we wanted everyone to take advantage of the opportunity."
A huge variety of businesses across York and North Yorkshire will be represented ranging from web designers, recruitment consultants, stationers and training providers to communications experts, finance consultants, printers, marketing services and wine merchants.
The seven-hour event, also sponsored by Wallis Business Services of Clifton Moor and York, starts at 10am.
