Leaders Dringhouses preserved their unbeaten record in Leeper Hare York and District League Reserve 'A' by seeing off bogey side Copmanthorpe 2-0.

Copmanthorpe did the double over Dringhouses last season and were the last side to win at St Helen's Road over a year ago, but this time fell to goals from Gary Londesbrough, a 35-yard screamer, and a Gary Smith goal.

Old Malton beat Malton Bacon Factory 3-1 with goals from Stephen Boyd, Carl Thorden and Paul Boyes. Ben Webster replied.

Pocklington achieved their first clean sheet of the year as they beat New Earswick 2-0 through Josh Fletcher and David Fields.

Eddie Philips set up goals for Luke Brownbridge and Daniel Donahugh before scoring himself in Nestl Rowntree's 5-0 win over Kartiers. Brownbridge got his hat-trick inside the first 32 minutes.

Dunnington twice beat York St John's 3-1 last season and did so again as Nicholas Robinson, Ben Norris and Paul Gordon hit the mark, with Chris Edberger replying.

Huntington twice trailed at Haxby but won 5-3 with goals from Paul Dyson, John Colley, Dave Harvey (2) and, with the pick of the bunch, 16-year-old Liam Winfield. Haxby had led through Dave Jefferies and Mike Taylor, with Brazilian Drago completing the scoring late on.

Rufforth won the Reserve 'B' top of the table clash at Bishopthorpe 4-2 despite the home side leading with goals from Joe Turner and Daz Miles.

Bottom of the table Heslington lost 2-1 at Hamilton Panthers, whose scorers were Brad Dunne and Gavin Pickard. Jimmy Faray scored for Heslington.

Hemingbrough moved into second place in Reserve 'C' with a 4-1 win at Civil Service. Jonathon Falkingham, Pete Foxley, Mark Livsey and Scott Birch scored before Colin Palmer netted for Service.

Gaz Jackson scored as Riccall beat LNER Builders 1-0 for their third win in a row. Amotherby went behind to Stillington's John Milden but hit back to win 3-1 through James Dawson, Neil Audsley and Richard Kerrison.
