I AM a fan of Park & Ride. It's cheaper than car parks, if only one person is travelling, and I don't have to worry how long I stay in York city centre.
However, recently I have been concerned about the driving of the Park & Ride buses. They go so fast.
On one occasion a sudden stop at a roundabout caused an elderly lady to fall forward. Last week we went through a red traffic light - although it was in the bus lane, so I don't know if that counts.
Also, last week a Park & Ride bus suddenly swapped lanes as the bus lane lights were red and the other lane lights green.
Various accidents reported in the Evening Press all add to my anxiety.
Has anyone else been scared while riding the Park & Ride?
