Old Malton maintained their unbeaten start to the season in the Leeper Hare York and District League premier division with a hard-earned win at Nestl Rowntree.
A Neil Wilson penalty was the only goal of the game. It was Old Malton's eighth away game without a defeat, while Nestl have failed to win in any of their last four home games.
Wigginton Grasshoppers leapfrogged Nestl into second place with a 4-1 win at home to Copmanthorpe.
The visitors were two down in as many minutes just before the break, Terry Taylor getting the first goal, followed by a Tom Coates effort.
James Vine added a third for the home side before Mark Bellah pulled one back for Copmanthorpe. Ashley Hill wrapped up the points with Wigginton's fourth goal.
T & L Selby beat Haxby 3-0, all the goals coming before the interval, through John Ginty, Chris Harkin and Steve Rowbottom.
Tockwith's 100 per cent start to the season in division one ended in a 3-0 defeat at home to their bogey side Heslington. It was Tockwith's first home defeat in 14 games and the last side to win there were Heslington.
Heslington went ahead inside three minutes from a Danny Walters penalty and Stuart Dickenson added a second before the interval. Walters scored his second goal 20 minutes from time.
Norwich Union, new leaders in division one, completed the double away to Stamford Bridge by winning 5-1.
The insurance men's scroers were Richard Hunter, Matt Hilden, Roger Osbounre, Julian Wilde and Mike Champan (penalty). Mike Saunders netted for Stamford.
A first half hat-trick for Hamilton Panthers' Steve Gagen and two goals from new signing Joe Gorm gave Panthers a healthy half-time lead at home to Easingwold. Jon Beech added their sixth but Easingwold never gave in and scored through Sam Gregory and Micky Raper (2).
Elvington and Wilberfoss drew in a cup-tie earlier this month and again they were level 2-2. Olly Newby and Danny Johns scored for Wilberfoss. Luke Dove scored both Elvington's goals.
Matty Biggins marked his Amotherby debut by giving his side the lead at New Earswick but in the final minute of the first half they conceded an own goal and Tom Robinson hit New Earswick's winner two minutes from time.
Post Office's Andy Bonarious hit the bar in the final minute to miss a hat-trick, but the game was lost as visitors Ouseburn had already hit nine. Their goals came from Richard Crabbe(2), Richard Carruthers(2) Lee Smith(2) Darren Horsfiield, an own goal and James Lambert.
