MARTYN Percival (Letters, November 25) wouldn't be surprised at Tesco's lack of response if, like me, he had had several similar rebuffs over the past couple of years.
I have completed its suggestion form along with my name and address and asked for a written reply. I am still waiting.
Living proof of its inability to act lies in the cereals section which has displayed for two years two different spellings for the word "muesli".
I have drawn Tesco's attention to it because it ought to be an embarrassment to its professional standards.
Maybe its management is not sufficiently literate to decide which is correct but, at least, it could reply and acknowledge the fact or, even, ask for help.
