Dunnington's first team endured a tougher passage into the last four after edging past Walnut Tree 4-3.
Turf's 8-2 win over Cottage Inn was graced by a hat-trick from substitute Johnny Ryder, while goalkeeper Mick Gibson went upfield to notch a header. Also on target for Turf were Gavin Clarke, Craig Marshall, Danny Barrett and Andy Ibbetson. Garry Rylance netted Cottage's replies.
Cup holders St John's College had to scrap all the way against Bubwith White Swan. Three times they took the lead through Chris Baxter, Owen Jones and Lee Allington only for Bubwith to equalise through Shaun Parker (penalty), Wesley Pears and Neil Hunter.
The see-sawing tussle was finally decided in the 76th minute when David Norris slotted home a penalty.
