I DON'T wish to appear rude, and it may be an obvious question for Hugh Bayley, but how can an MP effectively represent the will of his constituents in Parliament if he consistently votes with a Government (except occasionally on points of order) even though the turnout at the 2005 General Election showed the majority of voters who expressed a preference were in favour of candidates from other political parties?
