LEEDS United supporters at Millwall who shouted during the minute's 'silence' for George Best were ill-mannered.
However, George played some 18 matches for Manchester United against Leeds in the 1960s and early 1970s - I saw 17 of them.
He scored in only two of them and was on the winning side just twice. George later admitted that he never played really well against Leeds whom he called his "bogey team".
Fine player though he was, not everyone believes George Best was a footballing genius.
