More than 160 pupils from South Milford Community Primary School, near Selby, took part in a sponsored bounce.
Head teacher Sue Atkinson said the cash would be divided between the Guardian Angels appeal, school funds and the Pakistan Earthquake Appeal.
She said: "One of the reasons we wanted to help Guardian Angels is because one of our pupils, John Cocking, was treated in York Hospital."
John, aged five, was rushed to hospital last year, suffering from ADEM (acute disseminating encephalomyelitis).
His parents backed Guardian Angels when it was launched in October.
