Roderic Vassie seems to expect Hugh Bayley to vote against the Government like the usual suspects in the Commons (Letters, December 2).
He was elected on a Labour manifesto, so it is hardly surprising that he tends to vote for Government measures.
Also, Mr Vassie has his facts wrong: Hugh got more votes than the Conservative and Liberal Democrat candidates combined in the last General Election.
Unlike Roderic Vassie, I don't mind whether or not this appears rude.
