THE two have-a-go heroes who caught a heroin addict mugger deserve all our praise (Two caught robber, January 4). But what sort of society is it when it would appear to be "safer" to chase and detain a robber than to remonstrate with a group of teenage girls pelting snowballs at your car? (Girls beat up driver, January 3).
