TONY Cooper hit a maximum to game in 13 darts for Sun Inn in their York Phoenix Monday Darts League division one match with Huntington WMC.
Kev Walton (bull finish) sealed victory and Chris Thompson capped a fine performance with 16 and 20. Huntington's only point came from Nick Harteveld with 19.
Acorn dominated their match against Acomb with Shaun Day hitting a team 180, before adding a 16 darter. Lee Brundrett weighed in with 21.
Paul Botterill (Cygnet 'B') closed on 100 for 15 darts and Paul Cooper was out in 17 and 21 to level the match against Ebor before Arthur Conyers hit 17 and 21 to clinch a last game win.
Division two leaders Shepherd SC's Chas Ramsden sparkled with a bull finish in 18 and 19 darts against Edinburgh Arms whose Bob Lee notched a maximum.
Mick Harris was Angel & White Horse's match winner at Old Ebor, whose Keith Graham finished on bull.
Another bull finisher was Steve Reynolds in Slipper's 8-1 win against Crescent WMC. Paul Partridge hit a brace of 19 darters and Neil Fairclough included a maximum for the visitors. A 21-darter from Dave Binks wrapped up Health Service Club's win at Falcon.
Sports Club took division three leaders Holgate right down to the wire before Derrick Hudson emerged as their matchwinner, while Alice Hawthorn stayed in contention after Mal Davey gamed in 22 after a 106 team game finish.
Alan Graham sealed a last game win for Phoenix at Wenlock who had Sarah Nicklin closing in 23, while York City Social Club took the last three games to steal a 6-3 win against Blacksmith's Arms.
A superb 149 finish for 21 from Paul Saville proved in vain as Lord Nelson lost at home to Wagon & Horses with Ade Shaw (23) the match winner.
Bev gives Cueball heart
BEV Harton, of Cueball 'A', closed on a two-dart 80 for 23 which inspired her side to a total clearance against visitors Blacksmiths in their York John Smith's Ladies Darts League match.
Clifton 'A' leapt into pole position despite being denied a full house by Slip 'A' team's Claire Robinson. Jo Hodges 23, Kaz Hodgson 24 were the stars for the victors.
Cygnet 'C' saw the Roz Kerr-Lynda Kennelly partnership secure their win against Flag, whose Karen Richardson hit the tons.
Wenlock kept in the top three with a resounding 7-2 win against visitors Shepherd 'A', whose Joyce Swainsbury again hit the tons.
Slip 'B' were taken to the wire by visitors Tramways, but the ever-reliable Carol Perrett-Babs Harrison pairing secured victory for Slip.
Division two leaders Shepherd 'B' fell at the final hurdle as Clifton 'B' team's Linda Embleton-Jayne Ruane, who are proving to be a productive final pairing, grabbed victory.
Holgate joined Shepherds at the top after beating Sun 'B' 6-3, with Anne Smith hitting three tons for the club side.
Slipper kept pressure on as Doreen Johnstone-Elaine Metcalfe sealed victory against Woolpack, whose Sharon Nelson hit the big scores.
Jubilee 'A' broke their duck by winning all the pairs, Angela Lancaster-Ann Brownbridge taking the decider against Tang Hall WMC.
Leeman 'C' got back to winning ways with a 6-3 win at Burnholme and Cygnet 'B' won by the same score at Sun 'A'.
Leeman 'D' lead division three after defeating Jubilee 'B' within the singles.
Volunteer 'A' stormed to a 7-2 win at Mitre whose Cheryl Clancy starred. Cygnet 'A' also won 7-2 against Leeman 'A' ,with Audrey Allan 2x100 and Jacquie Pearson starring.
Britannia's win against Acomb was gained by the Sonya Lane-Janine Cartwright pairing.
The Severus v Volunteer 'B' clash went down to the wire, before Severus pair Val Long-Carol Robson secured victory.
