I HAVE noticed recently that quite a lot of car and van drivers drive with their front fog lights on.
This is even during daylight hours, in town, and when there is not a hint of mist.
Besides them tending to dazzle oncoming drivers, if the visibility is more than 200 metres I understand it is illegal to use them.
Would any drivers who do use them like to reply and say why they partake in this alleged criminal activity?
