Selby Town go into their second of four games in a week tonight when they go to fellow mid-table outfit Armthorpe Welfare in Northern Counties East League premier division action.
The clash comes just two days ahead of their League Cup semi-final at Sheffield on Thursday in a packed fixture schedule.
Pickering Town could do Selby a favour by wearing down their semi-final opposition at the Recreation Ground tonight - a win for the Pikes would also send them back into the top five.
Also in action are free-scoring Harrogate Railway at Long Eaton United, with a chance to go third on the cards if Pickering beat Sheffield.
