YORK St John's made it seven straight wins in Reserve 'A' of the Leeper Hare York and District Football League after beating visitors Malton Bacon Factory 4-1.

The students shared their goals between Alex McCray, Rich Holden, Owen Jones and Jack White. Ben Webster hit Malton's lone reply.

Kartiers earned their first win in five games by thumping Old Malton 5-0 with goals from John James, Michael Braithwaite, Andrew Woodall, Dave Lyons and Josh O'Neil.

Dunnington beat Pocklington 2-1 with goals from Paul Fowler and Grant Bulmer, Nathan Walker replying for the home side.

Two goals from Chris Dower and a Paul Dyson effort gave Huntington a 3-1 win over New Earswick, whose goal came from Jonathon O'Neil.

Reserve 'B' leaders Rufforth won 5-2 at a revitalised Wigginton with Phil Jones collecting his fifth hat-trick of the season while Richard Brooke and Glen Thompson also got on the scoresheet. Luke Wilson and Pete Carney replied for Wigginton.

Steve Johnstone (3) Mike Hartley (2) and Sam Gregory were on target for Easingwold as they beat Stamford Bridge 6-1. Bridge's goal, their first in four games, came from Ben Malthouse.

Norwich Union kept in contention for promotion from Reserve 'C' with a 3-0 win at Stillington thanks to goals by Dan Hodge, Matt Hibbitt and Joe Micheli.

Dringhouses set up a semi-final date with Nestl Rowntrees after they ended the hopes of Reserve 'B' side Thorpe in the Reserve League Cup. Dermott Reader and a header from Adam Fishwick saw Dringhouses home 2-0.
