IS anyone else having problems with the recycling collections or am I just unlucky?
My bottles and cans have been picked up twice this year. Every other time I have had to take them away myself.
Whenever I ring the so-called help line I'm told I'm in a queue and please hold.
This I decline to do. It's already costing me to take away my recyclables without pouring money into BT's coffers.
