MYSELF and many other residents, together with parents, school bus drivers and others using the West Bank area, read with some relief Peter Evely's latest clarification of the law on blocking the public highway, and the relevance (or irrelevance?) of double yellow lines (Letters, March 28).
Two questions remain. When is Mr Evely going to implement these pearls of wisdom?
And will the enforcement action be retrospective?
If the answer is yes the amount of money made available to the council would be of significant help in dealing with the council's recent capping problems.
