Riccall missed a golden opportunity of reclaiming top spot in division two and promotion when they were beaten by a Gary Ratcliffe goal at home to Fulford, who are now safe from the drop.
Tadcaster kept their slim hopes of promotion alive with a 3-0 home win over Moor Lane with goals from Rob Ellis (2) and Danny Phillis.
An own goal and Matty Sweeting gave Sheriff Hutton the lead against White Horse, but the Church Fenton side took a share of the spoils with late goals from Nigel Chester and Dave Marshall.
Hemingbrough and York RI drew for the second time this season. Danny Smith gave Hemingbrough the lead but RI levelled through Lee Dutton.
Wheldrake recorded their first division three win in over two and a half years as they won at St Clements.
The away goal tally for the season of just seven was almost doubled as Wheldrake, trailing to a Shaun Wood strike at the interval, hit six second-half goals to win 6-2. Ben Feathers (3), Mark Woodcock, Rob Orr and Charles Brighton all scored for Wheldrake.
Leaders Huby beat Bishop Wilton 4-1 with goals from Dave Brogan, John Thomas-Durrant, Arthur Broadbent and Clive McGuinness.
Paul Crangle added another two goals to take his tally for the season to 25, as Osbaldwick beat Melbourne at home 5-1. James Birket (2) and Neil Robertson completed the scoring for the hosts with Greg Nesbitt replying.
Third-placed Cawood extended their unbeaten run to 12 following their 4-3 win at Strensall. Richard Gladwell and two own goals put Cawood in front before Strensall scored through a Kierran Slack penalty and Matty Brown (2) brought the sides level. In the dying seconds, Billy Ayton snatched all three points for Cawood.
Norton suffered their heaviest home defeat in years as they were hammered 8-1 at home by Heworth.
Tamin Sheris helped himself to four with Dan Walton hitting a hat-trick and Shaun Hunter one.
LNER Builders completed the double over Rawcliffe, winning 5-1. Ian Scott (2), Steve Crosby, Lee Jefferson and Mark Rollinson scored for the Builders.
