Yorkshire Seconds pocketed the lion's share of the points despite failing to dispose of Durham in the second innings of the Second XI Championships.
The Tykes resumed on 89-2 hoping to make quick runs and declare, but Durham had other ideas and progress was slow at Stamford Bridge.
Only 16-year-old Greg Wood (43), Simon Guy (31), and first innings century-maker Adam Lyth (26no), pushed on.
Yorkshire declared on 195-6, leaving Durham, whose Mark Turner was the most successful bowler with 3-24, to score 340 to win.
When Durham replied, Chris Gilbert's 3-31 bowling reduced them to 61-4, with only Gary Scott providing any resistance with 33.
However, wicketkeeper Gary Park (24) and some solid defending meant that only one more wicket fell, and the match finished a draw with Yorkshire gaining 12 points and Durham seven.
