I WOULD like to agree wholeheartedly with Judith Walker's letter (Grand Parade, April 26).
I was also marching on Sunday. What glorious weather we had.
What a shame The Press didn't show any pictures of the boys and girls marching in their uniforms. The only picture was of a woman eating an ice-cream. Wow!
I must also comment about some of the Sunday shoppers barging through our well-formed groups of Cubs, Guides etc, nearly tripping them up. Was there any need for this? Let's hope the coverage of the St George's Day Parade next year shows uniformed children enjoying their marching, as it is our 100 years celebration of Scouting.
