ALL we have heard last week is people whinge and whine about the new ftr. It's here to stay because our councillors always know best and don't listen to the public.
But whoever is responsible for the new bus stops in the middle of the road at York Station has created a death trap in waiting. As you pull out of Tea Room Square to turn right and there is a bus stopped, you can't see anything of the oncoming traffic.
Especially at risk are cyclists; soon somebody will be injured or killed. This matter needs to be addressed before it's too late. So I put it to Ann Reid, Peter Eveley or who is responsible: sort this out and stop worrying about your new ftrs.
R Scott,
Burnholme Avenue,
