ON May 6, York & District Against Motor Neurone Disease held its annual flag day in York city centre.
Once again, we were very well-supported by the shoppers and tourists; £560.34 was collected which will be used to help local people suffering from this terminal illness.
As a small, local charity, we rely on fundraising and donations for income and wish to thank all who gave so generously and those who supported us by giving their time.
