I WOULD like to sincerely thank all the residents of York Outer who supported me during the General Election. It is a huge honour and a privilege to have been elected as the first Member of Parliament for this seat, as well as a great responsibility.

I look forward to representing everybody across the new constituency to the best of my ability. I will always put the interests of local residents foremost.

My work starts straight away as I begin to fulfil the great trust that people have placed in me.
