SHARP-EYED members of the public are advised to be on the lookout for one of York’s most famous residents this weekend, before it leaves the city.
Next month, Mallard takes up residence at the National Railway Museum’s sister museum in County Durham, but the museum is taking her on a tour of the city.
A miniature cut-out of the locomotive will be placed at different locations around York this weekend, with prizes up for grabs for those who spot it.
