Are Press readers looking into ways to get healthier for summer?
Following a healthy diet doesn’t have to mean living on lettuce leaves and carrot sticks. We at World Cancer Research Fund have some fantastic recipes, created by celebrity chef Lesley Waters, that are healthy and exciting.
As well as being delicious, recipes like roasted garlic ramiro peppers and avocado relish on rye bread can form part of a diet that can help reduce your risk of cancer.
In fact, scientists estimate that about a third of the most common cancers could be prevented by following a healthy diet, being physically active and maintaining a healthy weight.
We have the entire set of summer recipes from Lesley Waters to give away to the first 100 people who phone 0207 343 4200 and quote “media”.
