THE 2010 FIFA World Cup takes place between June 11 and July 11 in South Africa.
It is the first time the tournament has been hosted by a nation in the Confederation of African Football.
Will the people of our nation be gripped by extra time and penalty shootouts by the England team? Will it be England who repeat their 1966 World Cup success? Will it be Spain, Brazil, or Argentina, or will it be a less fancied nation who wins it?
Whoever is victorious, I’m sure many of us will be out supporting England with pride or their nation’s teams.
Whatever the outcome, it is going to be a great sporting spectacle.
