RENOWNED environmentalist David Bellamy went down to the woods in Full Sutton to unveil a new holiday homes project.
The well-known botanist was at Wold View Holiday Park to unveil a show lodge. It is one of ten log cabins being built as holiday homes.
Site owner Richard Knightingale said David had a good look round the homes, which are being built locally at Seaton Ross, near York.
Mr Knightingale said: “David said he was impressed with what he saw and spent some time looking round the woods and looking at the wildlife and trees we have here.”
Prices for lodges at Wold View start at £95,000 for a two-bed holiday home.
