YOUNG volunteers with a passion for reading are needed to help with North Yorkshire County Council’s annual summer reading challenge.
The council’s library and information service is looking for 25 volunteers aged between 14 and 25 who enjoy reading and working with children to get involved in the challenge for July, August and September. The volunteers will help promote the challenge of reading six books over the summer holidays. Help is most needed between July 24 and the end of August.
