Recent documents released to the Chilcot Inquiry confirm that Tony Blair had known from as early as 2001 that an attack on Iraq would be illegal under international law.

We also know that that Lord Goldsmith, the Attorney General, who was the man who warned him about the illegality of the war, changed his mind when it became politically expedient to do so.

Given that many thousands of innocent Iraqis and members of the armed forces died as a result of their actions, is it not time that these two people were brought to justice?

If the International Criminal Court will not take action, then there must be some way action can be taken in this country.
