THESE four colleagues from a Yorkshire food company are taking up the Minster Way Challenge between Beverley and York to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society.
Steve Davison, Mark Rushton, Craig Ronaldson and Jason Brooks were due to set off from Beverley Minster today. They aim to reach York Minster by 8pm tomorrow.
It is the latest in a series of challenges organised by Steve Davison and his colleagues from Kerry Ingredients and Flavours, in Pocklington.
In recent years they have tackled the Yorkshire Three Peaks and numerous charity golf competitions and other fundraising events.
Steve’s mother died with dementia and other members of the group have had personal experience of dementia through members of their families, so the decision to support the Alzheimer’s Society was unanimous.
