YORK golfer Simon Dyson carded a one-over par round of 73 on day three of The Open Championship at St Andrews.
Dyson went into the third round on level par and dropped a shot at the par-four fourth.
However, he completed the front nine in level par after a birdie three at the ninth.
He dropped shots on the 15th and 16th - bogeying the latter for the third consecutive day - but restored order with a three at the last.
With several players still out on the course, the 32-year-old was tied for 53rd at one-over par for the tournament.
