York Rotters presented the Osbaldwick Brownies and Osbaldwick and Murton Cub Group with a compost bin for them to use at their scout hut in Osbaldwick.

Catherine Bamford, York Rotters project officer, said: “The Cubs have been busy setting up a garden at the Scout Hut and they are very keen to start composting.
