Students from across York converged on Millthorpe School to learn how to save a life.
As part of the British Heart Foundation’s Heart Start campaign, the school was given full set of resuscitation dolls by the charity to teach young people about first aid.
Lindsay Parr, the school’s head of citizenship, said: “It’s been an amazing resource. We are very grateful to the British Heart Foundation and to the Yorkshire Ambulance Service for providing the means for us to hold high quality training in school.”
