I recently spent 11 days in Ward 26 at York City Hospital and would like to echo the sentiments of Liz Edge (The Press, July 19).
From cleaners through dinner ladies, nurses to doctors and consultants, they were first-class at all times. Cleanliness is very good indeed and the food was good Well done everyone!
