A TWO-DAY collection at Sainsbury’s at Monks Cross raised £465 for the supermarket’s new charity of the year.
The money donated by customers on July 17 and 18 will go to the York branch of the Myasthenia Gravis Association, which is raising funds to buy equipment for York Hospital’s neurological and respiratory departments.
