EDUCATION Secretary Michael Gove is setting children up to fail and seems not to care.
GCSEs and A-levels should not be about just one final exam, but about the study of the child over the two years of each study period.
To set children up to fail is a cruel move as not all excel at exams, but such a move may mean that many bright and brilliant children will miss an opportunity to study further and get good employment.
Leave education alone, Mr Gove, and stop interfering. Rather than wasting money on the White Paper changes, put the money back into the Building Schools For The Future program.
I hope Julian Sturdy MP will pass this message on.
